Unfortunately, no. Our building does not permit pets for guests.
Are parties or events allowed?
We totally get it - Ptown is very lively and festive! You’re welcome to have friends over, just please be respectful, don’t host a ton of people, no house parties, and please don’t trash the place.
Please use good judgment and do your best to realize that we worked very hard to buy, decorate, and maintain our home.
What are the check-in / check-out procedures?
You will be able to access our home with a door code, which we will send to you during the days prior to your arrival.
Check-in time is anytime after 4:00 PM. Occasionally we accommodate early check-in if we have a gap between guests.
Check-out time is anytime before 10:00 AM
Can I smoke at the property?
Our home is a smoke-free home.
Please do not smoke or vape anything inside or outside the building.
No smoking on the deck or dedicated beach area for the condo!
The smell of pot smoke, bud, and joints is very strong.
We really must emphasize no smoking or vaping on premises. The smell lingers for a long time, and that’s not fair to us or to our future guests.
Where do I park?
This rental includes one assigned parking space at Ship’s Bell, conveniently located on-site. It's immediately to the right of the brick pathway that leads to our building's front door.
Please reference the photo above. If you’re traveling with more than one vehicle, additional public parking is available nearby at the MacMillan Pier lot and the Johnson St. Municipal lot.
Metered parking is in effect from May through early November; off-season parking is generally free. There are also numbered spaces along Commercial St. that are public parking (subject to a fee when in effect). Here is a list of public parking lots managed by the Town of Provincetown.
